Delivery Policy
Onomatopoeia only delivers Products within the borders of the Republic of South Africa. If Order are to be delivered outside the Republic of South Africa, Onomatopoeia reserves the right to impose a surcharge on the delivery fee. The delivery times between Standard Orders and International Order may vary depending on the delivery address of the User.
An Order can only be delivered to one address. If You require Orders to be sent to multiple addresses, then You will need to place a separate Order for each address.
Standard Delivery for Order 2 (two) weeks) to 4 (four):
Onomatopoeia shall endeavour to deliver your Order within 2 (two) to 4 (four) weeks for Standard Orders. An additional 3 (three) weeks lead time is required for International Orders. However, actual delivery time may vary depending on the distance of your address from our distribution centre.
Your Order will be processed after your payment has been received and/or any other necessary verification has been completed.
Return and Refund Policy
We, at Onomatopoeia want You to be happy with your Order. If the Product is not up to standard, please log a return with our customer team at media@shelverink.co.za within 7 (seven) days of receiving your Order. The customer team will contact You to help You through the next steps of your return.
Please note that You must retain proof of postage for all returns. Your return request will be processed promptly. Returns are processed within 7 (seven) business days of receipt. An email will be sent to confirm the receipt and processing of your return request.
During this return process we will review your return against our promised standard and if deemed not to be of standard we will issue You with a replacement voucher alternatively for a full refund, less any reasonable expenses incurred by Onomatopoeia. Onomatopoeia customer team will support You through the issuance of the voucher, alternatively refund. Onomatopoeia reserves the right to have the physical product returned on specific occasions and in its original packaging, we request to please keep product in original packaging throughout the process.
This policy applies to Orders made through our online e-commerce services only. Onomatopoeia are unable to process returns for purchases made from any other country outside the Republic of South Africa. Onomatopoeia have a standard returns process for purchases made through other means, please contact our team with above contact information to help You through this process.
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used. For the return of a single Product, if that Product is damaged, faulty or incorrect. Onomatopoeia will at your election either replace the Product or refund You for your purchase, on condition that You return the damaged, faulty or incorrect Product to Onomatopoeia.
Onomatopoeia cannot accept Products back that have been opened, used or damaged by the User after delivery unless the Product is damaged or defective on delivery. In the event that the Product is damaged on delivery, the User is required to notify Onomatopoeia within 24 (twenty four) hours via the Customer Care email address and completion of the Return Form. If after inspecting the Product, Onomatopoeia, at its sole discretion determines the Product were damaged to no fault of the User, Onomatopoeia shall process a refund including the return delivery fee.
